Get Washboard Abs – How I Lost 4 Inches In 40 Days

You have a dream of a having great body with firm and flat abs… Six pack abdominal glory. That is the same dream I had for many years! I wanted to get washboard abs and get a six pack stomach, and tried everything under the sun to get it.

I am really glad you found this website. It reveals the tell-all story of how I finally flattened my stomach after years of trying; the ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work, and finally the one system which helped me achieve my goal of toned, washboard abs and a strong core!

We all know that pretty much anyone can be in top shape and have that dream if they have enough time, energy and will power to live in the gym multiple hours per day, every day of the week. But I don’t have that kind of free time, and I’d bet you don’t either.

You don’t have time for a lot of learning through trial and error. Exercises which are ineffective or don’t target the right areas are a waste of your time; and your is important to you.

You see, I’ve always been skinny. Now normally, that’s a good thing… and I’m not complaining. But as with most men, when the weight comes on, it does first around the gut. You’ve seen the type… the skinny guy with just enough of a gut that it looks all wrong?

You’ve probably also seen this on some of the body-building, gym-rat-types. Huge muscles popping out all over… but still carrying around that spare tire!

Well, that was me too. (The skinny guy, not the power lifter!)

Many women are looking for that sleek, sexy mid-section look too… wanting to reduce those love handles, and get back into those favorite, skinny jeans!

When your body isn’t in the kind of shape you’d like to be in, your overall confidence is hurting too. For example, before I found the system which got my stomach in shape, I always hated getting pictures taken! I’d try to hide my gut by sucking it in, puffing out my chest… But it never worked, and there was no angle that hid the stomach fat. I wanted a change, as you do now too!

It took a while, but I did finally find a system that really worked, steering me way from fads, the garbage gadgets, “junk” diet foods and pills, and which revealed exercises, nutrition secrets, and got me into the mindset I needed to succeed!

Before I found this method for getting rock hard abs, I had tried everything to get a flatter stomach! Diets, crunches, gym memberships, gadgets and devices, even pills. I always thought the secret to get washboard abs would be revealed to me by the next  gadget or exercise I learned about on the web.

How many times have you seen those late night infomercials for abs exercise equipment? The one that’s a chair you sit in and bend around in every direction? The one you kneel into and swivel around? All the rollers and benches? The belts you strap on which send little electric shocks to your abdominal muscles? They all make it look so easy, with promises of a new body in just 3 minutes a day!

I’ve bought my fair share of them. My favorite was the plastic device which looked kind of like a crossbow. You were supposed to pull it into your stomach will all your might. It hurt… it didn’t give me a six pack.

And pills that mess with your metabolism? I am not a doctor, but that stuff scares me. Safety is a real issue, and… they don’t work either!

I tried all that stuff, and it all failed me. I’m sure you’ve been let down by some of these very same so-called “solutions” too!

    Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
    And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)

    Washboard abs are something I’ve always wanted to have. But just like all things in life that you desperately want, they don’t come easily. I struggled so hard to lose my belly fat and get a flat stomach. Thanks to blogs like yours, I learn new stuff each day on how to sculpt my midsection and get six pack abs.
